WFS looked after all the arrangements for mum's funeral including the flowers. They also allowed us to see mum during the week before the service and especially even staying open later to allow us to do so. On the day they were so kind and caring and organised the day so well, looking after us and letting us know what was happening. The horses were amazing and the initial walk with the family behind mum with the horses pulling her will be something we'll always remember. We were so pleased with all of the funeral arrangements which was such a lovely tribute to mum. Many guests who were unable to attend and watched the live streaming commented on how lovely the service was and also how good the quality of the live streaming was outside as we arrived and also inside for the service.

Della did an excellent job in arranging our mother's funeral. She coordinated organization across 3 different contents and did so in a very organized and professional manner. She is very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the planning and decision making processes.

Having used Woking funeral services for a few family funerals over the years, I would highly recommend them. They are professional, kind and very supportive and nothing is too much trouble for them. The office staff and funeral directors are all amazing at what they do and the teams that work on the day of the event are respectful and always impeccably presented. Losing a family member is always a tough time and so choosing a funeral directors who are as helpful as Woking Funeral Services is an absolute must!

From start to finish, Lorna Foster and all her colleagues at Woking Funeral Service were very professional and supportive. Lorna really took great care in ensuring that we were treated with kindness throughout. Looking back, I do not think we could have been dealt with any better than we were. Excellent in fact.

We used Woking Funeral Service, initally because they were the on-call Funeral Directors for the Hospice, and I was slightly concerned that we might get pushed into dealing with them. However from the moment we met Louise, who made all the arrangments for us, I was reassured that they were the right people to look after my dad.
Louise was helpful, polite and knowledgable. The information and structures for dealing with the funeral were all completely clear and all the ancilliary services such as flowers were all able to deal with in one place. We weren't pushed into making any decisions and fully understood the need to have an outline plan but to double check some details with the wider family before finalising the decisions.
I was very impresssed by the two people within the company who I dealt with the most, Louise Jarrett who was our Arranger and Sam Brown who was in charge on the day. Both are a credit to the company.

Della, Sam and the team at Woking Funeral Homes, helped dealing with logistical loss of both my Aunt and Uncle in 5 months easier to cope with. They took away the worry of what to do and just dealt with everything professionally and compassionately, with a "please don't worry, would you like us to do that for you?" approach, which was just what we needed.The celebrant Rachael felt more like a family member than someone we had just met and said just the right things. My Auntie Lynn and Uncle Barry were in very good hands and the rest of us were too. Thank you.

Colin was a fabulous celebrant for our mother's service. He completely embraced the complex mix of different generational needs, our own wishes for how to see mum off and did a great job of bring us all together in the congregation. A special day, made even more special by Colin's leadership.

Managing arrangements around a busy work diary and from afar was made easy. They are not the cheapest but nothing is too much trouble and everything was seamless. Thank you Caitlin.
