Earlier this year, my Godmother decided that she wanted to arrange and pay for her funeral so that everything was in place for when the inevitable happened.
We made a few phone calls and after talking to Katrina at the Slough branch, decided to go for a consultation there.

From the moment we arrived, Katrina was amazing. She provided all the information and advice needed so that my Godmother could easily make her choices, right down to the music that she wanted for her service.
Katrina made the whole process easy and comfortable. She is very knowledge, kind, caring and empathetic.

Sadly, in October, my Godmother passed away.
Katrina was contacted by my Godmother's family to make any tweaks and additions to the funeral arrangements.
She made all the necessary changes and
kept the family informed at every step for which they were extremely grateful for.
The family were extremely impressed with the service provided.

My Godmother had the wonderful send off that she deserved. Katrina was on hand on the day.
I would like to thank Sargeants for all their help and expertise.
Katrina went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly.

Once again the Maidenhead branch of E. Sargeant & Son made a splendid collection of Easter Eggs for the food bank, enough that we could ensure that every child in the families we help received one. While not directly related to their business, it does illustrate what kind and caring people they are. Many thanks to Alison Moys for organising it.
