As part of a sizeable investment programme in our facilities, we have opened a state-of-the-art mortuary and storage depot with offices at John Nodes Funeral Service in north London. Based in Acton at Vision Industrial Park, the facility opened for business on November 23rd 2015 after the modern unit underwent a major refit.
Funeral Partners’ Head of Property Russell Young said: “This is an incredibly important strategic development for our future operations in north London and replaces the old Hewer Street premises. “The mortuary facility has new refrigeration equipment and an adjacent embalming theatre. The remainder of the ground floor is used for storage of vehicles and coffins, with a first floor mezzanine level sub divided into modern office accommodation and staff amenities.”
