Community Activities
This role requires someone with a client service and administrative background who is highly organised and has attention to detail. Ideally, you will also have experience within the funeral industry.
We are looking for someone who can build effective relationships within the community, supporting the Funeral Director and branch network with on-going community initiatives. You should have a caring and empathetic approach as you will be assisting the bereaved in planning their funeral of choice in line with local customs and legal requirements.
Training will be provided as necessary. You must be able to maintain the highest levels of standards every step of the way. As an ambassador of the business you will lead by example ensuring that the company’s policies and practices are met and exceeded.
