A family-run funeral business in the Midlands has recently been acquired by FP.
Cutler Funeral Directors, also has branches in Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield and Kingstanding.
The Cutler’s funeral business was established in 2009 by John Cutler and son Edward. All of the existing employed staff have transferred and continue to deliver the high standards of service and care to the families and friends in the local communities that they serve.

The legal and property aspects of the transaction were handled on behalf of FP by Freeth Cartwright Birmingham office and the financial due diligence exercise carried out by Cooper Parry from their Nottingham office.
